Shipping policy
FAQ;
- Orders are shipped Monday- Friday which will mean that weekend orders are shipped from Monday.
- The estimated shipping time for your delivery will begin from the day your order is dispatched from shewsclub.
- Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once you have received your delivery, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@shewsclub.com if you have any questions.
- All orders are shipped directly from the UK.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
shewsclub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before purchasing from shewsclub. If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.
Damage
shewsclub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Late or Lost Orders
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as shewsclub takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding.
If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being wrong, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost needed to resend it.
If you refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from any refunds made.
Any order mistakes relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@shewsclub.com as we cannot refund or replace lost items until 40 working days after the date of dispatch.
